Lawrence Woodworks is a furniture design studio that is both owned and operated by Peter Lawrence.

Although the studio officially began its journey in 2015, Peter’s fascination with the transformation of wood into functional and beautiful furniture started much earlier. Back in high school, he read a magazine article that featured a Willow Adirondack Chair, a piece that captured his imagination deeply. Inspired by that article, the very next day, he ventured into the woods and crafted a simple stick chair as a gift for his parents.

From that pivotal moment, Peter has been driven by a desire to bring beauty into everyday living spaces. He understands the special joy and comfort that come from using something thoughtfully made and aesthetically pleasing, and he wants to share that experience with as many people as possible. This passion is the foundation of Lawrence Woodworks’ commitment to creating practical items that are not only useful but also beautiful.
